FAQ

    • During the holiday season, you can return merchandise you don’t like until January 5th, 2017.
    • Return shipping and handling fees are FREE when you submit a return request on Shoptiques.com.
    • You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) to the original form of payment. If returning a gift, you can choose to receive Shoptiques.com credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return was a result of our error.
    • If the goods you purchase do not meet a legal guarante that applies to you, Shoptiques.com will always provide the rememdy that you are entitled to! Depending on your local laws this may include a refund, replacement, repair or compensation.
    • We offer free, easy returns on all items except intimates (shapewear, bras, undies, tights), customizable merchandise and items marked as final sale.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed). Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
    • We do not accept shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox. When shipping returns, shoeboxes must be placed inside a larger packaging box.
    • Free gifts are non-refundable.
  • During the holiday season, all returns must be initiated and shipped out by January 5th, 2017.
  • At this time we do not process exchanges. Since returns are free, you can place a new order and return the unwanted item.
    • Returns need to be processed on a desktop computer or tablet.
    • Login to Shoptiques.com and find the order containing items you wish to return in your ‘Order History’ (under ‘My Account’).
    • Click ‘Start a Return’ next to the item you wish to return and follow the instructions on screen.
    • First you will need to create a Shoptiques.com account with the same email address used to place your order (this is where you received a confirmation email and shipping updates).
    • Once you are logged in to your new account, any order you placed as a guest will appear in your ‘Order History’ (under ‘My Account’).
    • Click ‘Start a Return’ next to the item you wish to return and follow the instructions on screen.
    • Gift returns can be initiated by visiting Shoptiques.com/GiftReturns.
    • You will be able to initiate the gift return under your account, so the purchaser is not notified. If you do not have a Shoptiques.com account you will need to create one.
    • Gift return refunds may be issued to the purchaser’s original form of payment or to you in the form of Shoptiques.com credit.
    • International returns should be initiated the same way as domestic returns.
    • Make sure you follow the return instructions and ship package with the correct shipping carrier (indicated on the prepaid return shipping label).
    • You will need to return each item to the specific boutique from which it came.
    • If you wish to return multiple items that came from different boutiques, you will need to send them back separately (don’t worry, if you we’ll provide prepaid shipping labels for each package!).
    • Instructions for shipping a return will vary based on your location and the boutique’s location where items are being returned.
    • Make sure you follow the return instructions and ship package with the correct shipping carrier (indicated on the prepaid return shipping label).
  • Don’t worry! We emailed you a copy of the prepaid shipping label when you initiated the return request. If you cannot find this email, the shipping label can always be printed from your Shoptiques.com account (under ‘Order History’).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during checkout. If returning a gift you can choose to have your refund issued in the form of Shoptiques.com credit.
    • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after a return has been received by the boutique.
    • Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
    • We will notify you via email when the return has been received and the transaction is complete.
  • We’ll keep you posted about the progress of your return and notify you when a refund has been issued. You can also login to your account on Shoptiques.com and check the status of a return under your ‘Order History’ at any time.
