You are the yin to our yang, the ping to our pong, the best to our friend! If you're not happy, then we're not happy. The Shoptiques team wants to make your returns and exchanges as easy as 1-2-3!
- Send the item back within 14 days from the day you received the pacakge.
- Click on My Account and Start your Return.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and include Return number in your package.
- We're so sure that you'll love the clothing our boutiques offer that we offer FREE return shipping using our pre-paid label.
- In the US? Drop off the package at any UPS Ground location.
- Outside the US? Drop off the package at any DHL location or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will schedule a DHL pick-up for you for your return.
- We will issue full refund to your original form of payment within 7 business days from receiving your return package.
Returns are free, so simply place a new order online and then initiate a return using the steps above.
Remember the following for a successful return !
- All return packages must be shipped out within 14 days of the date you received an item from us.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
- All returns must include the Return Number that you received through the My Account section of Shoptiques.com in the return package.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
The following items are non-refundable.
- Returns received after 14 days of the original order receipt date.
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
- Intimates including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, socks, final sale items.
- Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox - please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.
- Free gifts.
