Pack item(s) in their original packaging and
Drop off at any UPS Ground location (US) or DHL (International).

upon receiving your return package.
Refund will be to your original form of payment.

Returns are free, so simply place a new order and then initiate a return using the steps above.

  • All return packages must be shipped out within 14 days of delivery.
    All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with original tags attached.
  • We will issue a full refund within 7 business days upon receiving your return package.
    Refund can only be to your original form of payment.
    Shipping is non-refundable.
  • We offer free, easy returns on all items, except intimates (shapewear, bras, undies, tights, socks).
    Damaged or worn items cannot be returned.
    Shoeboxes must be placed inside a larger packaging box.
    We do not accept shoes return with postage stickers on the original shoebox.
    Free gifts are non-refundable.
    Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery, no exceptions.
  • Returns received after 14 days of the original order receipt date.
    Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
    Intimates including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, socks, final sale items.
    Shoes returned with postage stickets on the original shoebox — please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.
