Owner Becky Rygg honed her funky style on the streets of LA and NYC and brings a little of the city to her small touristy hometown. Harlow carries clothing, shoes and accessories and boasts a funky vintage vibe with a 1932 Matchless motorcycle in the window, old lockers on the floor and “I love Lucy” playing on the big screen.
