This dress was designed and made in th US from imported textiles. The dress stretches and is covered in an assortment of colored flowers. We believe this makes the dress easy to pair with various accessories and shoe styles. The design is strapless but it does have invisible straps you can use to hold the dress in place. This dress would be perfect for a formal event. Various shoes and purses can be paired with it from heels to flats. The sleeves are bell sleeves and meant to make a statement. Make this beautiful design yours today. Measurements of sleeves: 21" long and 12" - 18" wide at the upper arm area. The bell portion of the sleeve extends from 20" to 24". Shoulder to shoulder length stretches from 44" (all around) to 56". The bust stretches from 19" to 24". The waist strteches from 36" to 46". The hips area stretches from 44" to 56". The dress is 37" long from the shoulder to the bottom hem.
